How is the Social Tariff allocated?
The attribution of the social tariff became automatic under the Directorate General of Energy and Geology (DGEG), and the client has 30 days to oppose this allocation.
This tariff is for the customer who has a low voltage supply installation in their permanent accommodation, with a contracted power not exceeding 500m3.

The Social Tariff discount is applied to the value of the network access tariff, more precisely, on fixed-term contracts and energy. The discount will vary depending on the echelon.
